humen has been foundered 3200 years ago.
He has always been cradle of valuable spiritual and material culture –
hracian, Roman and Byzantine.
Near by Shumen they are the two capitals of Bulgaria – Pliska and Veliki Preslav, and also great center Madara.
In Shumen the gather starts at the end of august and the beginning of September. The firm bases on carefully cleanning drying and preparing of walnuts.
